Seating layouts are always created closer to the event. The reasons for this include: 1. Ensure that friends/family can always sit together, even with latecomers to the party! 2. If we receive additional seating, the most optimised layout can still be compiled.

I completely understand in today's climate flexibility and understanding is more paramount than ever. If for whatever reason you cannot attend the event after purchase, please contact me on info@holsh.com.au and we can work through alternatives and partial refunds (if applicable). Match tickets Tickets are non-refundable. However, I will try my best to help find a replacement attendee to cover your ticket cost. Once this occurs, I can issue a refund for the ticket cost. Non-ticket costs Once clothing and costume items are ordered, there can be no refunds issued. An email will be sent out to all attendees when these orders have taken place.
